Yes, ManageWay offers full brokerage services including:

• Standard one-year management contract
• Annual renewals
• 30-day written notice required for termination with fees per contract

Owners receive full access to their online portal to view:

• Monthly and annual statements
• Tenant payment history
• Lease documents
• Maintenance records

Owner payouts are issued by the 15th of each month via direct deposit and set up thru RentVine. Owner distributions are paid in arrears.

• Owners are responsible for pre–move-in cleaning.
• Move-out cleaning is billed to the tenant if required under the lease terms.
