How and when do I get paid as an owner?
Owners receive full access to their online portal to view:
- Monthly and annual statements

Owner payouts are issued by the 15th of each month via direct deposit and set up thru RentVine. Owner distributions are paid in arrears.

Who pays for cleaning?
- Owners are responsible for pre–move-in cleaning.
- Move-out cleaning is billed to the tenant if required under the lease terms.
