Shelby Cooper Owner & Founder

Shelby Cooper is the founder of ManageWay and brings years of experience in real estate, property management, and hospitality. A two-time Aggie graduate, she earned her BBA in Marketing with a Certificate in International Business (Class of 2013) and later completed her Master of Real Estate in 2015. As a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker (#636148), she is committed to helping clients protect and grow their investments.

Shelby’s deep love for Bryan-College Station is at the heart of her work. She has a genuine passion for development, remodeling, design, and caring for homes, and she takes pride in managing each property as if it were her own. Known for her attention to detail and hands-on approach, Shelby strives to deliver dependable, honest, quality service to owners and residents alike.

Whether she’s supporting homeowners, assisting investors, or caring for long-term rental properties, Shelby’s goal is simple: provide thoughtful, reliable real estate services & management with a personal touch. ManageWay continues to grow under her leadership through hard work, strong relationships, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Kayla Howell Director of Property Management

Kayla Howell is a licensed real estate agent and property manager with a strong background in finance, operations, and entrepreneurship. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2011 with a degree in Finance and earned her real estate license in 2013.

Having founded and operated multiple businesses, Kayla brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to property management and client service. Her experience allows her to anticipate challenges, streamline operations, and deliver thoughtful, reliable support to both owners and guests.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. As a family, they love playing games together, reading, tackling puzzles, and never passing up a good iced coffee.
