We offer a referral fee for every new property an agent refers that signs a management agreement with us. It’s our way of thanking you for trusting us with your clients.

Here is our commitment to you:
- Any client you refer to us remains your client for all future buying and selling needs.
- If your client expresses interest in selling or purchasing additional real estate, we will refer them directly back to you unless you and they instruct otherwise.
- We do not solicit your clients for future sales transactions.
- We only charge a Sale Coordination Fee, as outlined in our standard management contract, should a property under our management be sold while we oversee it.
This ensures you retain full control of the sales relationship while we manage the property.
